Servicing
For scheduled servicing and other repairs simply call our ONECALL team where arrangements will be made to have your car serviced at a local dealer.  If you require a replacement car, our ONECALL team will arrange one for you. You can request a service via email.  Drivers should note that it is their responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is serviced in accordance with the manufacturers recommended intervals and to regularly check oil, coolant and other fluid levels in the vehicle. 

  Accidents
In the unfortunate event that you have an accident our ONECALL team will assist you by having your car collected and repaired promptly.  We will arrange a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repairs, if one is required.

In the event that you have an accident outside of office hours please call our 24 hour recovery service on 1800 329 329.  All incidents must be reported to Johnson & Perrot Fleet as soon as possible.

  Breakdown
We provide a 24 hour roadside assistance service 365 days of the year.  Our agents will attempt to repair the car at the roadside.  If a roadside repair is not possible we will arrange to have your vehicle recovered to one of our authorised repair agents to have it repaired promptly.

  Windscreens & Glass
We have a nationwide network of windscreen agents.  We can arrange to have your windscreen or window replaced promptly and with minimum fuss. Simply call our ONECALL team who will make the necessary arrangements.

  Tyres Exhaust & Batteries
Our nationwide network of tyre replacement centres are on hand to address your tyre needs.  Most of our tyre replacement centres will also carry out repairs relating to batteries and exhausts.  Simply contact our ONECALL team for your nearest tyre centre.
